Order Processing & Shipping 

We process and ship orders within 2 to 4 business days. For in-stock orders within the continental US, your Bogg Bag should arrive in 5-10 business days. Delivery dates provided in checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. While we strive to get your order to you quickly, please keep in mind that weather, shipping holidays, or peak seasons may cause delays. If any of these factors affect your delivery, we will do our best to keep you informed. 

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. 
When your order ships, you'll get another email with tracking info to keep you updated. 

Check spam or promotional folders. If you do not see it, reach out to our team here to help locate your order. 

Please note, we currently only send packages with ground shipping and do not offer expedited or rush shipping. 

For international orders, delivery may take a bit longer due to customs. Once your international order leaves our facility, we'll send you tracking information via email. 

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii 

For orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, USPS has specific shipping methods based on the package weight: 

• Orders under 1 pound are shipped via Air. 

• Orders over 1 pound are shipped via Boat. 

Since these shipments are traveling outside the continental U.S., delivery may take 4 to 6 weeks from the time your package arrives at the USPS facility to reach its final destination. We appreciate your patience and recommend keeping an eye on your tracking updates for the latest shipping status.


International Shipping Information 

Currently, we only ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. We’re working on finding better shipping options for our international customers, so stay tuned for updates!
