My tracking number is marked as "Delivered" but I didn't get my orderUpdated 5 months ago

Don't worry! Most of the time when this happens, the carrier simply hasn’t scanned your package properly. It is very likely still on its way to you.

We've seen lots of wonkiness in shipping as of late. Unfortunately, many couriers have been affected by the pandemic and continue to be. UPS, FedEx, DHL and other courier services have all reported a number of route suspensions as a result of government restrictions. 

We do have an action plan in case you don’t get your goods:

Check with your neighbors, just in case!

Allow 14 days from your shipment date before filing a claim if shipped to the contiguous US, and 21 days if heading to Australia, Canada or non-contiguous US zones. 

If you don't receive your package within 14/21 days after its ship date, please let us know.
