If your order hasn’t shipped yet but already has a shipping label, and you’d like to reschedule or change the delivery, please contact us immediately. If you're going on vacation, a trip, or will be out of town, let us know, we'll do our best to reschedule your delivery. Once the package is in transit, changes may be limited, so reaching out as soon as possible gives us the best chance to assist you.
