Returns & Exchanges Criteria
- Original packaging with tags still attached
- Returned in the same new, unused condition as received
Items that don't meet these criteria, or are tagged as Final Sale, aren't eligible for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact our support team here for assistance.
We currently only accept returns for US orders but are looking into adding other countries asap!
Return Process

- You have 15 days from the date of delivery to process a return for a refund through our portal.
- After 15 days, you may still return your item for store credit within 45 days of delivery.
- You'll receive a return label and packing slip to send back your items. Please note: Bogg Bag does not cover return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, and store credits will be issued as an e-gift card that never expires and can be used only at www.boggbag.com.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your return.

Exchange Process
- You have 45 days from the date of delivery to process an exchange through our portal.
- First, select the items you wish to exchange and the return reason when prompted.
- Select I didn't like the item OR I found something else I like more reason, and then the appropriate details on the next screen.
- Next, click the 'Return or exchange item' button in the bottom of the dialog box.
- Select the 'Exchange with $' button to begin your exchange order.
- You will be re-directed to www.boggbag.com to shop for your exchange items using return credit. You should see the credit in the bottom of your screen.
- Add the items to cart and click 'Checkout' once you're ready.
- You'll be re-directed back to the Loop Returns portal where you will see your return summary and exchange order.
- Make sure to review the customer information section and update the shipping address if needed.
- You will be required to enter your credit card information for the exchange order to put a temporary hold on your card. You will only be charged for the amount covered by your returned items if your return isn’t in the mail within 14 days of submitting.
- Once you press submit, you'll receive a return label and packing slip to send back your items, and your new order will be processed right away!

FAQ's
What if I'm exchanging for something less than what I paid?
- Any unused return credit will either be refunded or can be converted into store credit—your choice.
What if I want to buy more than the credit I'm receiving back?
- You can even buy more than your return credit; any additional charges will be processed at checkout.
Why am I receiving a smaller refund than what I paid?
- We do not cover return shipping costs or refund the original shipping costs. For exchange orders, we will cover the shipping cost of your new, exchange order.
I received a Bogg Bag as a gift. Can I return or exchange it?
- As long as the item was purchased directly from our site, and not at one of our authorized retailers, we're happy to assist with a gift return for store credit or an exchange.
- If you know the order number or email of the person who purchased the bag, please use the above steps to process your return as a gift return.

Important Reminders
We recommend that you keep the return package tracking number for your records in case the shipment is lost or delayed.
We’ll happily provide a full refund to your original payment method once we receive your item back at our warehouse. Just a heads-up: it may take the bank about 5-10 business days to return your funds from the date we process your refund.
