At Bogg Bag, we aim to make receiving your order as smooth and effortless as possible. Here's what you need to know about the shipping and delivery process:

In-Stock Orders

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days. For in-stock orders within the continental US, your package should arrive in 5-10 business days.

We've partnered with Route Package Protection to offer you peace of mind that your package will arrive safely. Route offers shipping protection extending coverage to online purchases that are stolen or lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend opting in for package protection for your order.

Please note that if you decline package protection, Bogg is not responsible or liable for any issues during shipping or after delivery. By finalizing your purchase, you acknowledge this and understand you had the option to add package protection.

 Once our fulfillment team receives the order, we are not able to make any changes. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as the order ships.

Any estimated shipping times you see at checkout are the time it will take the carrier to deliver the package to you AFTER the package has been shipped. 

We currently do NOT have expedited shipping options available.

International Orders

International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs. Once your order leaves our facility, you'll receive tracking information and be able to follow your order's journey to its final destination.
