Why do I see a pending charge from Bogg Bag on my credit or debit card statement?Updated 25 days ago

For new orders, we capture payment as soon as the order is placed. You might see it as pending until your bank processes the payment on their end. Please keep in mind that during busy times, order processing may take a little longer than usual. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it! If you have any questions, our team is here to help. 

For exchange pending charges, we instantly handle exchange orders processed through our return portal. Your card will show a pending authorization until we receive and process the returned item. Once we’ve processed it, the pending amount will be released. We recommend using a credit card instead of a debit card, as debit card payments may pull the funds immediately.
