Why do I see two charges for the same order?Updated 12 days ago
If you notice two charges for a single Bogg Bag order, it's typically due to the way payment processing works. Here’s how it generally goes:
Authorization Hold: When you place an order, your bank or credit card issuer may temporarily hold the funds. This isn’t a final charge, but rather a reservation of the amount until the order is processed and shipped.
Final Charge: After your order is confirmed and ready to ship, the authorization hold is removed, and the final charge is applied to your account. The second charge you see is the actual payment being processed.
Although it may appear as two charges, the authorization hold should disappear soon, leaving just the final charge.
If both charges remain after a few days, please contact your bank or reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
