My Bogg Bag is losing its shape - what do I do?Updated 5 months ago

Oh no! While it's rare for a Bogg Bag to become misshapen, it can happen when something has been leaning on it for a long period of time. 

To restore the shape, we recommend trying the following:

• Soak your bag in warm water for a while, then remove and dry. Add some heavy books inside of your bag to restore the shape. Heads up - make sure the bag is lying down on its side!
• You can also try to gently heat the bag with a hair dryer. After, add some heavy books inside and make sure the bag is lying down on its side.
