Straps twisted? No worries!
Step 1: Hold Strap A in place. You’ll only be twisting Strap B to get them untwisted.
Step 2: Take Strap B and gently turn it counter clockwise around the B Button. You may need to complete two turns to untwist the strap.
The best way to lift the straps from the downward U position is to push them both inwards towards each other and up (in and up). And to put them down, push in and down. Hope that helps!
